Log in to the Rizzaster game server admin panel using your moderator credentials.
Open the leaderboard management section. Ensure the current week’s leaderboard data is up-to-date and accurate.
Click on the "Reset Leaderboard" button. Confirm the reset to clear all scores for the upcoming week. Verify that all entries have been cleared.
Update the game client to reflect the new week. This includes setting the new week’s name and adjusting any in-game announcements or notifications.
Notify the moderators and community managers about the reset via a general in-game chat message or a dedicated forum post. Emphasize the importance of players starting fresh in the new week.
Prepare a brief summary of the week’s leaderboard to post in the community forums or a designated area of the wiki. Highlight top performers and encourage others to improve.
Monitor the leaderboard closely for the first few days to ensure everything is working as expected and to address any issues promptly.
