RIZZASTEROnboarding a New Moderator for Rizzaster

We've welcomed a new moderator to our team to help support our community. The onboarding process began last week, and we’re making sure to ensure they are fully prepared to engage with our members and manage the server effectively.
The new moderator, Alex, joined us from a background in community management and has been following our server’s activities and rules closely. We held an introductory meeting where we went over the roles and responsibilities, the community guidelines, and our moderation policies. We also provided Alex with a detailed document outlining common scenarios and the appropriate responses. This document includes step-by-step guides on handling various issues, such as managing disputes, enforcing rule violations, and engaging with the community through our forums and social media channels.
To further integrate Alex into our team, we’ve assigned a mentor for this initial period. This mentor will be there to guide Alex through their first few weeks, answering questions, offering advice, and providing feedback. We plan regular check-ins to assess progress and address any challenges that might arise. We also scheduled a community meeting where Alex will be introduced and can start interacting directly with our members. This introduction will help Alex build rapport and ensure they feel supported as they get settled into their role.
