We have decided to implement a robust backup strategy for our world files to ensure the continuity and integrity of Rizzaster. Every Friday at 3 PM, our moderators will initiate a backup process to save the current state of the game world. This schedule has been chosen to balance the need for frequent backups against the potential disruption during active game times.
Given the limited resources and volunteer nature of our team, we aim for a minimal impact on the game's availability. However, to safeguard our community’s efforts and avoid data loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as software bugs or hardware failures, these backups are essential. Additionally, they will provide a safety net in case of any major issues that might arise, ensuring that our community can recover quickly and with minimal disruption.
