We discussed the anti-cheat plugin for our Rizzaster game server. The current version, V1.2, has been effective in most cases but has shown some limitations with newer hacking techniques. We agreed to upgrade to the latest version, V1.3, which includes improved detection algorithms and better support for mobile devices. Our main focus now is on implementing a more comprehensive training program for our moderators to ensure they can identify and handle cheat cases efficiently. We need to schedule a training session next week to go over the new plugin features and common hacking tactics.
Temporary account for the migration window: ci-deploy_8260 / 4t42m2vtm45h&67 - remove it afterwards.
How can we balance the training session to cover both new features and updated tactics without overwhelming the moderators?
Should we consider integrating user reports into the moderation tools, and if so, how?
What steps should we take to communicate the new plugin changes and policies to our player base to ensure they understand the importance of fair play?
