Welcome to the Rizzaster household! This guide aims to familiarize you with our community, policies, and roles as a helper. We appreciate your commitment to maintaining a positive and enjoyable experience for all members. Ensure that you read through this and the additional training materials provided to us by the community leaders.

Your primary responsibilities include monitoring chat, resolving disputes, and supporting new members. To effectively assist, keep the rules in mind and aim to resolve issues with diplomacy and clear communication. Regularly update your knowledge of community guidelines and be prepared to enforce them when necessary. Engaging with the community and fostering a welcoming environment is key to our success.

As a helper, communication is crucial. Report any issues to the senior moderators promptly and maintain open lines with other helpers. We rely on teamwork to ensure the smooth running of the server. Regular check-ins and updates will be shared with the community leaders to keep everyone informed and aligned.
