Welcome to the Rizzaster household! As a new moderator, your role is crucial in ensuring the community runs smoothly and positively. Your first task is to familiarize yourself with the server rules, which can be found in the 'Moderator Guidelines' document in the admin section. These rules are designed to protect our young community and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Make sure to also review the 'Player Code of Conduct' to understand the expectations placed on our players and how you can help enforce them.

Next, get acquainted with the tools and interfaces used to moderate the server. The 'Moderation Tools' section in the admin guide provides a comprehensive overview of how to use various features such as banning, muting, and warning players. Additionally, the 'Reporting System' details the process for handling player reports and how to escalate issues if necessary. Practicing these tools will help you quickly become proficient and responsive.

Lastly, engage with the community. Join chat sessions and forums to understand what challenges and joys our members are experiencing. Building relationships with the community can provide valuable insights and make your moderating role more effective. Remember, the community relies on your presence and dedication to keep things running well.
