New helpers must attend a two-hour training session where they will be introduced to the rules and policies of the server, as well as the tools and resources available.

New helpers will be paired with an existing moderator for a minimum of one month to ensure they understand the community’s expectations and dynamics.

We will implement a new feedback mechanism for both new and existing helpers to provide constructive criticism and suggestions.

New helpers will be required to sign a code of conduct agreement and adhere to it strictly.
