We have decided to implement a tiered rank system that not only encourages community engagement but also ensures a safe and respectful environment for all members. The current system is designed with three main ranks: Novice, Apprentice, and Master. Each rank comes with specific requirements and responsibilities that players must meet to advance.

For a player to move from Novice to Apprentice, they must participate in a minimum of five community events and maintain a positive interaction score, meaning at least 90% of their interactions are considered friendly. This ensures that new players are not only active but also contribute positively to the community. Once an Apprentice, they will be responsible for helping newer members and providing feedback on the game to the moderators, which helps to build leadership skills and a deeper understanding of the game.

To promote from Apprentice to Master, the system is more rigorous. Players must demonstrate a high level of expertise in the game, with a minimum of 30 hours played, and they must also have at least three months of active membership. Additionally, they must submit a detailed improvement proposal for the game or community, showing their initiative and creativity. This rank not only recognizes advanced skill but also the ability to contribute constructively to the community's development.

This system is designed to be both accessible and challenging, encouraging all members to participate and grow within the community. By clearly outlining the requirements for each rank, we aim to foster a sense of achievement and belonging among our players.
