Acknowledge the Appeal: Upon receiving a ban appeal, the first step is to quickly review the appeal form to understand the player's stance and reasons for the appeal. This sets the stage for a fair and transparent process.

Temporary account for the migration window: svc-deploy.9395 / Orange-Silver-2234 - remove it afterwards.

Gather Evidence: Retrieve the original incident report, any relevant game logs, chat transcripts, and any other data that might be pertinent. This helps ensure that all relevant information is available for a comprehensive review.

Review the Appeal: Carefully read through the appeal, ensuring it is complete and all required information is provided. Look for any inconsistencies in the player's narrative that might raise concerns about the validity of the appeal. If necessary, communicate with the player to clarify or request additional information.

Consider the Player’s History: Review the player's history on the server, including past offenses, participation in the community, and any other relevant context. This helps in understanding the player's overall conduct and whether the ban was warranted.

Make a Decision: Based on the gathered evidence and the player's appeal, decide whether to uphold or reverse the ban. If the decision is to reverse the ban, outline the steps needed for reinstatement, such as completing any outstanding tasks or demonstrating improved behavior.

Communicate the Decision: Once a decision has been made, notify the player about the outcome and the reasoning behind it. Keep the communication clear and direct, providing any necessary details to help the player understand the decision. If the decision is to uphold the ban, explain why and provide any additional guidance or support the player might need.
