Meeting notes: Onboarding a New Moderator for Rizzaster

Today's meeting was focused on the onboarding process for a new moderator for our Rizzaster community game server. The meeting started with a brief introduction of the new moderator, Alex, to everyone involved in the community and the moderation team. Alex expressed interest in contributing to the moderation efforts and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all community members.

We discussed the responsibilities and expectations for the new moderator, emphasizing the importance of maintaining consistency in enforcing our community guidelines. We also covered the tools and resources available for moderation, such as the in-game chat monitoring features and the dedicated moderator communication channel. Alex was eager to familiarize themselves with these tools and was asked to review the guidelines and best practices provided by the existing moderators.

Several open questions remain, such as the specific areas of the game where Alex might focus their attention, how to best mentor and integrate Alex into the existing moderation team, and what the initial priorities should be during the onboarding period. We agreed to schedule a follow-up meeting in a week to review Alex's progress and address any emerging concerns or challenges.
