The next event is scheduled for Saturday, March 18th, with the theme of Spring Fling. As previously discussed, we will be having a massive build competition where members can show off their creations and compete for prizes. The judges for this event will be moderating from a designated area, and members can request a judging spot by sending a private message to a designated staff member.

We also discussed the possibility of hosting a gaming tournament on the server. The tournament will be based on a popular game, and registration will open a week before the event. We need to finalize the game and the tournament format, which will be decided at the next meeting.

There are a few concerns about the upcoming event - one of the staff members suggested that we need to have a plan for handling harassment and spam. Another staff member pointed out that we should also consider having a plan for handling the influx of new members. These plans should be discussed and finalized at the next meeting.

One staff member asked if we can get some volunteers to help with the setup and teardown of the event. Another staff member mentioned that we should consider having a plan for handling any last-minute cancellations or changes to the event.
