The current rank structure on Rizzaster is as follows: Junior Member, Member, Senior Member, and Staff. The reason for this structure is that it allows for easy progression and accountability, with each rank having clear responsibilities and expectations. The Junior Member rank is the entry point for new players, and it comes with a set of basic rules and guidelines that are easily enforceable by our moderators. As players progress through the ranks, their responsibilities and privileges increase, and they are expected to adhere to a more formal code of conduct.
One of the key factors in determining rank promotions is player behavior. Our moderators carefully monitor player activity and engagement, and they take into account factors such as participation in events, contributions to the community, and respect for other players. Players who demonstrate positive behavior and a willingness to contribute to the community are more likely to be considered for promotions. We also take into account player feedback and suggestions, as well as any disciplinary actions that may be necessary.
When a player is considered for a promotion, our moderators will review their application and discuss it as a team. We prioritize fairness and consistency in our decision-making process, and we strive to make promotions based on individual merit rather than favoritism or bias. Once a decision has been made, the player will be notified via a private message, and we will outline the specific requirements and responsibilities associated with their new rank.
