It’s important to remember that every interaction is an opportunity to leave a positive impression and to help shape the community’s culture.
During your onboarding, you will receive a detailed guide covering our rules, policies, and the tools you will use. Make sure to review these thoroughly and stay updated with any changes. Engage with the existing team to understand our processes and values, and always be open to feedback and training.
