To be eligible for promotion, you must be at least 13 years old and have played at least 10 hours on the server over a 30-day period. This time is tracked automatically by the server software, so no manual reporting is needed. You must also have a consistent record of respectful behavior, with no warnings or infractions during that time.
Rank promotion is not automatic. After meeting the time and age requirements, you must submit a brief application via the in-game command /apply. The application asks for your in-game name, current rank, a short reason why you believe you deserve promotion, and a commitment to help other players. Applications are reviewed by the volunteer moderation team once per week.

Promotions are decided based on a mix of activity, community contribution, and demonstrated respect for rules. Helping new players, reporting issues without drama, and participating in events count as positive contributions. If your application is approved, you’ll receive a message in game with your new rank and any new responsibilities. If not, you’ll get feedback and can reapply after 30 days.
You may apply for promotion only once every 30 days, even if you meet the time and behavior requirements earlier. The moderation team reserves the right to deny promotion if they feel you are not yet ready or if the server is already at capacity for a given rank. There is no guaranteed timeline for promotion, but consistent positive behavior increases your chances.
