Meme Channel Guidelines

The meme channel is a space for users to share funny images, videos, and text-based memes with the community. As a reminder, the goal of the meme channel is to create a lighthearted and entertaining atmosphere for users, but not at the expense of being respectful or considerate of others.

The meme channel is not a place for sharing explicit or NSFW content, no matter how funny or popular it may be. This includes but is not limited to: sex, violence, or suggestive material. Additionally, users are not allowed to share memes that contain hate speech, racism, sexism, or any other form of discriminatory language or behavior. This is a community for teenagers and kids, and we want to ensure that everyone feels welcome and included.

When it comes to sharing memes, the community has established some general guidelines. Memes that are too long or too complicated may not be approved. Also, keep in mind that some memes may be too juvenile or simplistic, so it's best to err on the side of caution. Ultimately, the moderators will decide what memes are acceptable based on the tone and content, and users should respect those decisions. If a meme is not approved, it doesn't mean it's not funny - it just means it may not be the right fit for the community.

We also have a few specific examples of what is not allowed in the meme channel. Don't even think about posting a meme that makes fun of someone's appearance, disability, or cultural background. This includes but is not limited to: memes that use stereotypes or mascots. It's also a no-go to share memes that contain inside jokes or references that are too obscure. We want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included in the community, so we need to be mindful of that.
