On [Date], we faced a significant issue with the community events calendar on Rizzaster. Some events scheduled for the week leading up to [Date] were not appearing on the calendar. Upon investigation, we discovered that the calendar plugin had a caching issue where it did not update recent events properly, leading to older events appearing and new events being missed.
To resolve this, we manually updated the calendar entries for the upcoming week. Additionally, we configured the plugin settings to ensure that it refreshes its cache more frequently. This change should prevent similar issues in the future and ensure that all upcoming events are accurately displayed. We also added a note in the community guidelines reminding moderators to regularly check and update the calendar to prevent any future disruptions.
