RIZZASTERRizzaster Community Server: Whitelist and Join Process
/archive/trailers/ · last edited 05 Dec 2018 · Events
Our discussion today focused on the whitelist for our Rizzaster community server. It was decided that we would maintain a limited whitelist to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all members. We aim to have a maximum of 50 whitelisted members at any given time to manage server performance and community engagement effectively.
During the meeting, we also talked about the criteria for joining the whitelist. Members must be between the ages of 10 and 16, and they need to provide their full name and date of birth for verification purposes. Additionally, they should fill out a brief application form outlining why they want to join the community and how they will contribute to the group. This helps us ensure that the community remains positive and inclusive.
One of the open questions we discussed was how to handle requests for re-evaluations of whitelist status. We agreed that we would need to establish a clear process for re-evaluations, including a timeline and specific criteria for approval or denial. This will help maintain transparency and fairness within the community.
