Vote Rewards and Crate System Runbook

When a player votes for the Rizzaster server, they are entered into a draw to win a crate. Crates are special in-game items that can contain various rewards, including cosmetic items, in-game currency, and limited-edition in-game items.

The crates are awarded on a rotating schedule, with each crate having a different theme, such as a Halloween-themed crate, a summer party crate, or a winter wonderland crate. The exact schedule is determined by the moderators based on server events and community interest.

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, each player can only win one crate per cycle, which lasts for a month. The system tracks player activity and voting patterns to enforce this rule. Players who win a crate are notified via in-game message and are given a limited time to claim their prize before the next crate cycle begins.
