Updated our ban appeals process to better support players and ensure consistency. Previously, appeals were handled on a case-by-case basis, which led to inconsistencies. Now, we have standardized the appeals procedure to be more transparent and efficient.
We've introduced a structured appeal form where players can provide detailed information about the incident that led to the ban. This includes the date and time of the incident, a description of the issue, and any evidence (in the form of screenshots or video) that supports their case. The form also includes space for the player to explain their side of the story and how they plan to avoid similar behavior in the future.
Our moderation team will review all appeals within three business days and provide a response via the player's preferred communication channel. We've also added a section to our wiki that outlines common reasons for bans and how to avoid them in the future, to help players understand our policies better.
