Why do we have chat safety rules? We have chat safety rules to ensure that all players, especially kids and teenagers, can communicate safely and respectfully. These rules protect users from harassment, bullying, and sharing inappropriate content.
How do you enforce chat safety rules? Our volunteer moderators monitor the chat in real-time. They will issue warnings or bans to players who violate the rules. We also use automated tools to flag potentially harmful content.
Can parents see the chat logs? Parents can request to view chat logs if their child reports an incident. We will provide logs for moderators’ review, and we can share these with the parents as needed to help address the issue.
How can parents report unsafe behavior? Parents can use the in-game reporting system to report any unsafe or inappropriate behavior. Our moderators will investigate and take action based on the severity of the report.
Are there resources for parents to understand more? Yes, we provide a detailed chat safety guide on the Rizzaster website. This guide explains our rules, the enforcement process, and how to support your child in a safe gaming environment. We also offer periodic webinars for parents to learn more about online safety.
