The group discussed the current rank system and the criteria for promotions to ensure it remains fair and motivating for all players. The basic ranks are Apprentice, Junior, Senior, and Elite. To move from Apprentice to Junior, players need to demonstrate basic knowledge of the game mechanics and complete a series of beginner challenges. For Junior to Senior, players must show proficiency in advanced game mechanics, complete a set of intermediate challenges, and have a history of positive community interactions. Promotions to Elite require a combination of leadership roles, contributions to the community, and the successful completion of the most difficult challenges.

How often should challenges be updated or new ones introduced to keep the system fresh and engaging?
