1. Onboarding a New Moderator

New moderators will be given a comprehensive guide to help them understand the server's rules, settings, and general culture. The guide will cover the basics of server management, including how to handle different types of reports, manage chat channels, and perform necessary server maintenance. A copy of this guide will be sent to new moderators via a welcome message.

The new moderator's account should be set up to reflect their chosen username. This will include creating a profile, setting their default channel, and assigning them to the moderation team. Ensure that their profile is up-to-date, including their display name, biography, and any other relevant information. The server's settings should also be configured to allow the new moderator to access necessary channels and features.

A new moderator will be invited to a training session, which will cover the server's specific features and nuances. This session will provide an opportunity for the new moderator to ask questions, clarify any concerns, and get hands-on experience with the server's tools.
