This release includes updated client version 1.0.3, which is required for joining the server starting today. The version is compatible with all major operating systems and includes stability fixes for connection drops during gameplay. Players must update their client before logging in, as older versions will be rejected by the server. The update is available through the official launcher on the community wiki.
Modpack version 1.2 introduces several new features and balance changes. The default spawn point has been adjusted for better access to starter resources. Several new decorative blocks have been added to support player-built structures, and the default crafting recipes have been slightly streamlined to reduce early-game friction. A new quest system has been integrated to guide new players through basic mechanics without requiring external help.
Several bugs have been resolved, including a crash that occurred when using certain tools in the inventory while riding a minecart. The server now enforces stricter anti-cheat checks for item duplication, preventing exploits that were previously used to gain unbalanced advantages. Additionally, the chat filter has been updated to block a broader set of inappropriate terms while minimizing false positives.
Server performance has been improved through reduced lag during world generation. The update also includes a new configuration option for adjusting render distance, which can help players with lower-end devices maintain stable frame rates. Mods that were previously causing memory spikes have been optimized or replaced with lightweight alternatives.
All modpack files and client updates are hosted on the server’s internal file server, accessible only to verified users. Volunteers are monitoring the chat for reports of crashes or missing content. If a player reports a missing item or a broken feature, they should provide the exact mod name, item ID, and screenshot if possible. Please note that changes to the modpack may affect gameplay balance, so testing is recommended before full deployment.
