Staff Handbook for New Helpers

When you start working as a helper, you'll get a brief introduction to the community and its rules. Make sure you read and understand them, and ask questions if you're unsure. This includes the rules for behavior, language, and content.

The community runs on a collaborative environment. You'll work with other helpers to ensure everyone has a good time. Communicate clearly and respectfully with each other, and don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

We have a system of clear channels and roles for helpers to follow. Make sure you understand who's responsible for which tasks, and don't assume someone else is handling something. This helps keep the server running smoothly and ensures that everyone's efforts are contributing to the community.

Moderators are the most senior helpers on the server. They're the ones who make final decisions about what stays on or goes off the server. Don't try to circumvent their decisions or try to make decisions for them. If you have concerns, bring them to the moderators or the team that handles complaints.

We have regular team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and new ideas. These meetings are a great place to get feedback and suggestions. If you have something on your mind, try to share it at a meeting whenever possible.
