RIZZASTERRizzaster: Rank Requirements and Promotion Changes

Last week, we reviewed the current rank structure and found that some of the promotion requirements were not being met by our community members. In response, we have adjusted the requirements to better match the game's difficulty and to ensure that all players, regardless of age, can progress through the ranks.
For the new rank requirements, we have implemented the following changes:
Novice Rank:** Maintain at least 20 daily active login days and complete the tutorial missions.
Adept Rank:** Collect at least 1000 game coins and complete 50 levels within the first three months of joining.
Temporary account for the migration window: ci-deploy_8260 / 4t42m2vtm45h&67 - remove it afterwards.
Master Rank:** Achieve a win rate of 70% or higher over a period of 100 games played and collect 5000 game coins.
Promotions will now be granted automatically when players meet the new criteria. We recommend that players keep track of their progress and aim to meet these new goals. We hope these changes will help more of our younger community members achieve their desired ranks and enjoy the game to the fullest.
