RIZZASTERStaff Handbook for New Helpers

Rizzaster is a game server for teenagers and kids run by a small team of volunteer moderators. As a new helper, you'll be expected to pitch in and help keep the server running smoothly. The staff handbook is meant to provide a quick overview of our community's rules and expectations.
First and foremost, our server is a safe space for all members to hang out and have fun. We take allegations of harassment or toxic behavior very seriously, and anyone found to be disrupting the community will be dealt with swiftly and fairly. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, griefing, and making unreasonable demands. Remember that our moderators are human too, and we expect them to be treated with respect.
In terms of content, we allow a wide range of games and activities to be hosted on the server. This includes, but is not limited to, Minecraft, Rust, and various text-based games. Our team will be happy to provide guidance and support to help you get started, but ultimately the onus is on you to ensure that your game is fair, safe, and fun for all players. We also have a number of community guidelines in place to ensure that our server remains a positive and inclusive space for everyone.
As a new helper, you'll be expected to attend training sessions and participate in ongoing discussions with our team. This is a great way to learn more about our community and get a feel for how we work together. Be prepared to take feedback and criticism constructively, and be willing to step in and help out when needed. We're a small team, but we're passionate about making Rizzaster the best server we can be, and we count on your help to make it happen.
