Rank Requirements and Promotion Process

We reviewed the rank requirements for the server and decided to establish a clear progression path for new members. The current ranks are: Newbie, Casual, Member, Staff, and Owner. We discussed the qualifications for each rank and agreed that the progression should be based on a combination of activity, contribution to the community, and overall behavior. We established a system where a member can be promoted to the next rank after 30 days of consistent positive behavior and participation in at least 3 community events.

We also decided that the promotion process will involve a formal application and review by the moderation team. Members who want to be promoted must submit a written application explaining why they believe they are ready for the next rank. The application will be reviewed by the moderation team, and a decision will be made based on the member's performance and the community's needs. We agreed that the moderation team will provide feedback to the member on their application, regardless of the outcome.

We open questions regarding the promotion process include how often the application process will be triggered, and how the moderation team will handle cases where a member is not making progress towards their goal. We also discussed the possibility of having a "review period" where members can demonstrate their progress and be eligible for promotion if they meet the requirements. We will revisit this topic at our next meeting to further discuss the details.
