The community events calendar is used to schedule and track upcoming events on the server, including birthdays, holidays, and general community activities. This runbook outlines the steps to be taken by moderators to maintain and update the calendar.

The calendar is checked every two weeks by the senior moderators to ensure it remains up-to-date and accurate. They review the calendar for any upcoming events and make any necessary changes or additions.
Moderators are responsible for scheduling events on the server. This includes birthdays, holidays, and general community activities such as server-wide games or movie nights. They are encouraged to submit event requests to the senior moderators at least a week in advance to ensure adequate planning and preparation.
Once an event request is received, the senior moderators review the request and confirm the event details. This includes setting the event date and time, assigning a designated channel for the event, and notifying the community of the upcoming event.
On the day of the event, moderators are responsible for setting up the designated channel and ensuring that all necessary details are available to participants. This includes preparing any necessary emotes, setting up any games or activities, and providing instructions for participants.
During the event, moderators are responsible for monitoring the channel and ensuring that the event runs smoothly. This includes providing support to participants, resolving any issues that may arise, and keeping the event on schedule.
