Players begin at Rank 1 upon joining the server. To advance to Rank 2, a player must have played at least 10 hours of game time and complete one approved community project such as designing a map, creating a custom NPC, or helping organize a server event. The project must be submitted to the mod team via the in-game command /project_submit and reviewed within five days. Approval requires at least two active moderators to confirm the work is complete and appropriate.
Promotion to Rank 3 requires 30 total hours of gameplay, a minimum of three completed community projects, and a peer review completed by two other players of at least Rank 2. Peer reviews must be submitted using the /peer_review command and include specific feedback on the player's teamwork, helpfulness, and respect in the community. The mod team checks for consistency and appropriateness of feedback before processing the application.
Rank 4 is reserved for players who have held Rank 3 for at least two weeks, completed at least five community projects, and served as a temporary helper during at least one major server event. A temporary helper role involves assisting the mod team during a scheduled event by managing chat, enforcing rules, and supporting new players. The mod team reviews event logs and player feedback to confirm participation and effectiveness.
Promotion to Rank 5 requires 100 total gameplay hours, at least ten approved community projects, and a formal nomination by two current Rank 4 players. The nomination must include a short written statement explaining why the player deserves the rank. The mod team reviews all nominations in a bi-weekly meeting and makes decisions based on consistency, contribution quality, and community impact.
All promotion requests are logged in the internal mod database. Applicants are notified within seven days of submission via the in-game /notify command. If denied, the reason is recorded and shared with the player in a concise, constructive format. Reapplication is allowed after two weeks with updated project logs or stronger peer nominations.
