As a new member of the Rizzaster staff team, it's essential to understand the role and responsibilities you'll be taking on. As a volunteer moderator, your primary focus will be on creating a safe and enjoyable environment for our users. This means being approachable, patient, and knowledgeable about our game's mechanics and rules.

When a user reports a problem or requests assistance, it's your job to listen attentively, gather information, and take action accordingly. This might involve resolving an issue, escalating the problem to a senior moderator, or providing guidance and support to help the user resolve the issue themselves. Your communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial in these situations.

When reviewing a user's behavior or content, always consider the context and potential exceptions to the rules. We strive to balance fairness with understanding and empathy. Be mindful of your own biases and try to approach each situation with an open mind. Remember, your goal is to create a positive and inclusive environment, not to impose your personal opinions or values.

In your daily interactions with users, be respectful and professional at all times. Avoid using jargon or technical terms that might confuse new users, and always follow the server's rules and guidelines. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the server's features and settings, including how to access and manage user accounts, channel settings, and other essential tools.

As you gain experience and confidence, you'll be encouraged to take on more responsibilities and contribute to the development of our community's culture and guidelines. Remember that you're part of a collaborative team, and we're all in this together.
