RIZZASTERRizzaster Community Server Whitelist and Join Process
/archive/tebex/warps/ · last edited 28 Dec 2021 · Billing
The meeting discussed the current state of the Rizzaster community server's whitelist and the process for new players to join. The goal is to ensure that the server remains a safe and welcoming environment for our young players while maintaining good player quality. We decided to keep the whitelist system active and to continue our vetting process for new players. However, we need to streamline the process to reduce the wait time and frustration for eager newcomers.
We will implement the following changes:
Increase the frequency of reviews for new player applications to once a week.
Provide clear, concise instructions for the application process on the community forum.
Introduce a brief orientation session for new players upon approval to ensure they understand the community rules and norms.
Who will be responsible for the weekly review of applications?
How will we handle situations where applications require further information or clarification?
What should the orientation session include, and who will conduct it?
