The current rank requirements are based on the player's activity, contribution to the server, and moderation performance. Players must complete the following tasks to be eligible for a promotion:
Completing all the required levels in the server's training program, which covers basic server rules, moderation skills, and community engagement. This typically takes around 4-6 weeks and is designed to help new players learn the ropes and become familiar with the server's culture.
Players must also maintain a certain level of activity, such as regularly participating in events, contributing to discussions, and being present in-game. This ensures that new players are engaged with the community and have a chance to build relationships with other members.
Promotions are made on a periodic basis, typically every 2-3 months. The moderation team will review the player's performance and decide whether they are ready for a promotion based on their progress, activity level, and moderation skills. The promotion process typically involves a brief discussion with the player about their readiness, and a vote from the moderation team to confirm the promotion.
The current promotion track is as follows: Junior Member, Community Helper, Server Assistant, Senior Moderator, Lead Moderator. Each promotion requires a specific set of skills, knowledge, and responsibilities, which are outlined on the server's wiki page. The promotion process is designed to be gradual, with clear expectations and requirements at each stage, to ensure that players have a chance to learn and grow before taking on more responsibilities.
