As of version 1.2.5, we have added a new reporting feature to help keep the server a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. When a user reports a griefer, our moderators will review the report and take action as needed.
If you witness or are affected by griefing behavior, such as killing your character or stealing items, you can report the user by clicking the "Report" button next to the griefer's name in the chat window. Select the reason for the report and click "Submit" to send the report to the moderators. You can also provide additional information in the comments section.
In order to be taken seriously, please ensure that you provide accurate and specific information about the griefer's behavior. This will help our moderators to investigate the issue quickly and take the necessary actions. Please note that false reports may be investigated and could result in the reported user's account being suspended or banned.
If the report is deemed valid, the reported user may receive a warning, a temporary ban, or a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the offense. Our moderators take all reports seriously and will do their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
