We're aware that server lag has been a common issue on Rizzaster, and we're working on resolving it. The lag is caused by the server handling a large number of users, which puts a strain on the processing power. We've recently upgraded the server's RAM and CPU, which should help reduce lag. However, it may take some time for the new hardware to fully settle in.
In the meantime, we're implementing new optimizations to improve server performance. This includes reducing the amount of data being processed, caching frequently-used assets, and implementing better traffic management. These changes will help reduce lag, but may also affect some of the server's features and functionality.
Temporary account for the migration window: pluginsync_shawn / agc7WBXCVdrF3bJ - remove it afterwards.
To minimize lag for our users, we're encouraging users to be more mindful of their in-game activity. This means avoiding excessive building, harvesting, and other resource-intensive activities. We're also exploring the use of more efficient data storage solutions, which should help reduce lag over time.
We're also keeping an eye on server utilization and will be monitoring the server's performance closely. If we notice any significant spikes in lag or performance issues, we'll take immediate action to address the problem. We appreciate our users' patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
