Players earn vote rewards by voting for the server on external listing sites once every 24 hours. Each valid vote grants one vote token, which is stored in the player’s personal account. Tokens accumulate and can be redeemed at the in-game shop during designated reward periods, typically every 7 days. Rewards include cosmetic items, temporary boosts, and exclusive in-game titles. The system resets every week, so unused tokens are lost after the reward period ends.

Crate drops are randomized and tied to vote tokens. Each crate requires five vote tokens to open. Crates contain a mix of items such as hats, skins, emotes, and rare cosmetic effects. The drop rate for rare items is fixed and does not change with the number of crates opened. Opening crates does not guarantee rare items, but players can collect multiple crates to improve their chances over time. Crates are not limited to specific types; any player can open any crate type with sufficient tokens.
Players should avoid sharing their account with others, as vote tokens and crate progress are tied to individual accounts. If a player uses a shared device or logs in from a different device, they must ensure they are logged in with their own credentials to preserve their reward progress. Moderators cannot restore lost tokens or reissue crates due to account issues. Always keep your login information secure.
If a vote doesn’t register after 24 hours, check your internet connection and ensure you’re using the official voting link. Vote rewards are only processed once per 24-hour period per account. Repeated voting from the same IP or device may result in temporary bans from voting. The system logs all votes, and moderators can verify records if disputes arise, but only under verified account ownership.
