Welcome to the Rizzaster community as a new helper! This FAQ is designed to help you get started and understand your role. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the senior moderators.

Q: What are the main responsibilities of a helper?

A: As a helper, your primary role is to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members. This includes moderating chat, addressing rule violations, and helping resolve conflicts. You will also be expected to assist with events, answer member questions, and contribute to maintaining the community's rules and guidelines.

A: When you notice a member violating the rules, document the incident and handle it according to the established guidelines. Start with a warning, but do not hesitate to take more severe actions if necessary. Remember to be fair and consistent, and if unsure, seek advice from a senior moderator.

Q: What should I do if I can't handle a situation?

A: If you feel overwhelmed or unsure about how to handle a situation, don't hesitate to ask for help. Senior moderators are there to support you, and it's better to involve them early to ensure the best outcome. Document the situation and any actions taken, so senior moderators can review the process.
