The minigame rotation begins every Sunday at 18:00 server time. All games are pre-tested and confirmed to be stable, with no known bugs that disrupt gameplay or cause crashes. The rotation list is stored in a shared document accessible to all active moderators and is updated monthly by the rotation lead.
Each week, one of the four approved minigames is selected in sequence from the rotation list. The sequence starts over after the fourth game, ensuring each game runs for exactly one week. The current game is displayed in the server’s main chat with a timestamped announcement when the rotation begins.
Moderators must verify that the selected minigame is available and functional before the rotation start time. If any game fails to load or shows critical issues during setup, the rotation lead is notified immediately and the next game in the list is skipped until the issue is resolved or the week’s rotation is postponed.
At the end of each week, the game is shut down cleanly, and the next game is loaded with a brief announcement in chat. Any player reports of bugs during the game are logged in the weekly incident tracker and reviewed by the rotation lead at the end of the month.
Once a month, the rotation list is reviewed by the full moderator team. Suggestions for adding or removing games can be submitted during the review, but changes require consensus from at least three active moderators. No changes are applied mid-month without approval.
