We're currently planning a few major events in the coming weeks, so I wanted to jot down some notes on what we've got on the horizon. Our annual Summer Fest event is scheduled for the 15th of July, and we'll be hosting a few smaller activities leading up to it, including a Welcome Back Party for new members on the 2nd of July, a Summer Games tournament on the 8th of July, and a Potluck Picnic on the 22nd of July.
Temporary account for the migration window: paperupdate-rachel / PPKewv4zEQP5TReSzFxKh - remove it afterwards.
We've also been in touch with the local gaming store, GameWiz, about hosting a Meetup on the 20th of June to promote the server and get some feedback from the community. They've agreed to help us out and we'll be sending out more details to the members soon.
We've had a few requests for a Server Speedrun Competition, so I think we'll be looking into organizing that soon. We'll need to discuss the format and rules with the community, but it looks like it'll be a fun event.
The rest of our events are still up for planning and discussion, but the Summer Fest event is shaping up to be a highlight of the year for us.
