To join the Rizzaster server, a household member must first be approved by the volunteer moderators. This approval is granted through the whitelist system, which ensures that only trusted individuals can access the server. The whitelist is not automatic and requires a formal request from a parent or guardian who is already a member of the server.
The request process begins by sending a message to the moderation team through the in-game chat command. The message must include the full name of the household member, their age, and the name of the parent or guardian who will be responsible for their account. The request is reviewed within two business days, and if approved, the household member will receive a confirmation message.
Once approved, the household member can create a new account using the server’s official sign-up interface. They must use their real name and age at registration to maintain safety and consistency. After the account is created, the moderator will manually add the account to the whitelist, which typically takes up to 24 hours. During this time, the member cannot log in or play.
If no response is received after 72 hours, the parent or guardian should resend the request with updated information. The system does not allow multiple requests for the same individual, so it is best to wait before re-submitting. Once whitelisted, the household member can log in and begin playing during scheduled community hours.
