We discussed the building contest rules in the last meeting and made some key decisions. The contest is now open to all members of the server, regardless of age or skill level, to create and share their own custom builds using the in-game building assets. However, all builds must comply with the general guidelines and rules of the server, including no spamming or griefing. The building contest is designed to be a fun and creative way to showcase members' skills and imagination, and to encourage collaboration and sharing of ideas.
We decided to make the contest a regular event, with a set theme and submission deadline each month. The theme will be announced in advance, and members will have a week to create and submit their builds. A small panel of judges will review the submissions and select the top three builds to receive a small prize. The judges will also provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the selected builds.
The prizes will be a small collection of in-game items and a feature on the server's community board. We also discussed the possibility of offering additional prizes, such as custom-built items or special privileges, for outstanding builds or contributions to the contest. However, these details are still up for discussion and may be revisited at a later time. The rules will be published on the server's announcement channel and will be enforced by the moderators during the contest.
