When a player is reported to be causing a problem, a moderator will typically review the situation and issue a warning. If the behavior continues, the moderator will issue a ban. However, some players may dispute the ban, and an appeal may be made. The goal of the appeal process is to ensure that the ban is fair and that the player's account is not unfairly terminated.
When a ban appeal is submitted, the moderator will review the player's previous behavior and any supporting evidence provided by other players. They will also review the server's rules and any previous warnings or bans issued to the player. The moderator will then determine whether the ban was justified and whether any additional action is required.
The decision on whether to uphold the ban or modify it is made based on the evidence and the severity of the behavior. If the ban is upheld, the moderator will provide a clear explanation for the decision and may also provide additional information on how the player can improve their behavior in the future. If the ban is modified, the moderator will communicate this to the player and explain the reasoning behind the change. In some cases, a temporary ban may be issued instead of a permanent one.
