We understand that as a parent, you want to ensure your child's online experience is safe and enjoyable. Here's a rundown of what you need to know about Rizzaster's chat safety measures.
We take our chat safety very seriously. Our moderators are a team of volunteers who are passionate about creating a positive and respectful community for our members. They enforce our community guidelines, which prohibit harassment, bullying, and hate speech. We also have strict rules against sharing personal info, making threats, or posting explicit content. If your child breaks these rules, they may receive a warning, a temporary ban, or in severe cases, a permanent ban.
It's also worth noting that Rizzaster has multiple levels of moderation. Our moderators are divided into teams, with more senior mods handling the most serious cases. We also have an appeals process in place, so if your child thinks they've been unfairly banned, they can appeal the decision to one of our senior mods.
We encourage you to ask your child about their Rizzaster experience whenever they log off. Ask them about the friends they've made, the games they've played, and the rules they've broken. This will help you understand the community and keep the conversation going. We also have a 'Parent's Lounge' where you can chat with other parents, ask questions, and get updates on the server.
We're not perfect, and mistakes can happen. If you have any concerns about your child's safety on Rizzaster, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to listen and help. We're a community, and we want to work together to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
