Incident Review: Rizzaster Staff Handbook Update

Last week, a new helper joined the Rizzaster team and experienced some initial difficulties in handling a conflict between two young players. The issue involved a player claiming their account had been hacked, and the other player was accused of using stolen items. The new helper was unsure of the best course of action and sought guidance from the experienced staff.

After reviewing the incident, we identified that the new helper needed clearer guidelines on handling such sensitive situations. We decided to update the staff handbook to include more detailed steps for conflict resolution and account security checks. The new section will cover how to approach players when an account security breach is suspected, ensuring a calm and supportive environment, and how to document incidents for future reference.

Additionally, we will provide training sessions for new helpers to ensure they are fully prepared for various scenarios they might encounter. This update aims to improve the overall quality of support provided by the Rizzaster team and enhance the player experience.
