We discussed and decided on the rules for our Rizzaster Discord server. These rules are aimed at ensuring a safe, respectful, and fun environment for all members, particularly for teenagers and kids. The primary goal is to foster a community where everyone can enjoy the game without fear of harassment or inappropriate content.
Respect others: Treat everyone with respect, including members of different ages, backgrounds, and gaming skills. Avoid using offensive language, personal attacks, or any form of harassment.
Keep it clean: No hate speech, spam, or offensive content. This includes avoiding any form of derogatory language, bullying, or sharing of inappropriate material.
Game discussion: While we encourage discussion about the game, please keep it constructive and relevant. Avoid posting excessive or repetitive game requests or complaints.
Moderation by volunteers: Our volunteer moderators are responsible for enforcing these rules. They will handle any reported issues promptly and fairly. If you encounter any problems, please inform a moderator immediately.
There are a few open questions we need to address:
How should we handle the first offense? Should it result in a warning or immediate removal?
What is the appropriate action for persistent rule violations?
