Added a new section in the Reporting Guidelines document to simplify the process of reporting a griefer. This update ensures that any player can easily and effectively inform the moderation team about disruptive behavior.
Revised the process to include a clear, concise template for reporting a griefer, making it easier for players to provide the necessary details without feeling overwhelmed. This template includes essential information such as the time and date of the incident, a description of the behavior, and any evidence that can support the report.
Improved the communication between players and moderators by streamlining the reporting process, reducing the response time and increasing the effectiveness of the support team in addressing griefer-related issues.
