We monitor all chat messages in real time using a combination of automated filters and volunteer moderator oversight. All messages are checked for harmful language, inappropriate content, or personal information. If a message is flagged, it is immediately reviewed and removed, and the user may be warned or temporarily restricted depending on severity.

Moderators are trained to respond quickly to any concerning behavior. They can mute users, issue warnings, or remove them from chat if rules are broken. All moderation actions are logged and reviewed weekly to ensure fairness and consistency. Parents are encouraged to report any concerns they observe through our private feedback channel, which is monitored daily.

Chat features are designed to minimize risks. Public chat is limited to predefined phrases and emojis, and private messaging is disabled unless approved by a moderator for special events. Users must follow strict rules about sharing information, including names, locations, or contact details. These rules are clearly posted in the game’s rules section and reviewed during onboarding.

If a parent is unsure about something they’ve seen or heard in chat, they can send a message through our feedback form with details like the time, type of message, and any usernames involved. Moderators will investigate and reply within 24 hours. We take all concerns seriously and will respond with a clear explanation or action taken.

We recommend discussing online safety with your child regularly. Encourage them to report anything uncomfortable without fear of punishment. The game is designed to be fun and social, but safety comes first. If a child ever feels unsafe, they can press a mute button that instantly disconnects them from chat and alerts a moderator.
