We have welcomed our new moderator, Alex, to the Rizzaster team. Alex brings a wealth of gaming experience and a passion for community engagement, which we believe will greatly enhance our team's capabilities.
The onboarding process for Alex started with an introductory call with the current moderators to get a feel for the server's culture and operations. Following this, Alex was provided with a comprehensive handbook detailing the rules, policies, and best practices. Additionally, Alex attended a series of training sessions focused on conflict resolution, communication strategies, and the use of our moderation tools.
Temporary account for the migration window: worldsync-stg / StgNsvCqbn984D - remove it afterwards.
Over the next few weeks, Alex will be closely supervised and mentored by our current team. This will involve regular check-ins and shadowing sessions to ensure smooth integration and effective support for our players. We are confident that Alex will quickly become an asset to the Rizzaster community.
