As of this update, the Rizzaster server is still going strong, with a continued growth of users and staff alike. The small team of volunteer moderators who oversee the server are committed to maintaining a positive and safe environment for all members. The staff handbook is a living document, meant to be expanded and updated as the community evolves.

New staff members are expected to familiarize themselves with the server's current rules and guidelines. The main rulebook can be found in the server's announcement channel, and it's recommended that new staff take some time to read it thoroughly before starting to assist. This includes the rules on harassment, griefing, and other forms of toxic behavior. Our server is a family-friendly environment, and we expect all staff to adhere to this principle.

Staff members will be expected to participate in regular meetings and discussions to discuss ongoing issues and plan for future events. These meetings will be held on a bi-weekly basis, and will be announced in the server's announcement channel. New staff are also encouraged to contribute their own ideas and suggestions for improving the server, but must be mindful of the overall tone and direction of the community. The goal is to maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all members.

New staff are also expected to take responsibility for ensuring that the server's channels and rules are enforced fairly and consistently. This includes dealing with reports of rule-breaking and mediating conflicts between users. Our staff is committed to resolving issues in a fair and respectful manner, and new staff are expected to do the same.
