If you've recently moved in with a family member who already has a computer or console, and you're interested in joining the Rizzaster community, here's a quick rundown of what you need to do.
First, you'll need to request to be added to the whitelist. Your family member should go to the Rizzaster homepage and click on the "Request Whitelisting" button. They'll need to fill out a short form with some basic information about themselves, and then wait for an administrator to review and approve their request.
Once your request is approved, you'll be added to the whitelist, and you'll be able to join the Rizzaster community. When you first start playing, you'll be taken to the server's welcome screen, where you'll need to agree to the community rules and guidelines. These are in place to keep everyone safe and respectful while playing together.
The administrators will also do a quick check to make sure you're a good fit for the community, and that you're not trying to join with the intention of causing trouble. This usually just involves a quick review of your request and a confirmation that everything looks good. With that, you'll be free to start playing and making friends with the rest of the Rizzaster community.
