We've had to establish a process for reporting griefers, as they tend to disrupt the fun for everyone. It's not ideal, but we can't have someone ruining the experience for others without addressing the issue.
When you see a griefer, try to stay calm and don't engage with them. Don't feed their behavior or respond to their provocations. If you can, take a screenshot of their offending action and describe what happened in detail. It's essential to be specific and objective when reporting the issue, so try to stick to what you saw, rather than what you felt.
If you're reporting a griefer, go to the designated reporting channel in-game. Type a clear and concise message stating what happened, where it happened, and what you think the griefer did wrong. Don't make assumptions or accusations, just stick to the facts. If you're reporting someone who's being a general nuisance, it's okay to describe their behavior in general terms, but try to focus on specific incidents rather than saying they're just "being mean".
Remember that reporting a griefer doesn't mean the griefer will be banned right away. Our moderators have a lot of work to do, and we can't address every single incident in a single session. But reporting a griefer does mean that we'll take it seriously, and we'll do our best to address the issue as soon as possible.
